Package Returns

If you're stuck with a package that needs to be returned so you can get your credit from Amazon, Wish, or any online retailer, contact us today for a scheduled pickup.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Call, text or email to book your pickup time. Please note we are usually booking Package Returns as early as next day, but same-day returns are sometimes open if booked before 1pm.

2. Let us know what is it and where it's going. 

3. Free or paid shipping? If this is a free return, prices are all inclusive, if there are shipping costs associated, those will be added on to the total of your order. 

4. Send us the QR code, shipping label, or address.

5. Let us know if it the item(s) requite additional packaging. If so, we will bring the appropriate box or bubble mailer.

6. Once we've completed the delivery, we will send you a text or email confirmation along with all of the tracking information you need to follow your package. 

Standard Return Pickup - $10 (scheduled pickup during our regular hours)

Packing Required + $3  (If it's still in the packaging provided and it just needs some tape, no charge!)

After Hours Pickup +$5 (after 5pm) 

Oversized/Bulky Items +$5  

If you have multiple items to return, we allow up to 4 small items per pickup, anything above that may be subject to a $5 multiple item charge. If that is the case we will let you know ahead of time.

Payment Options:

For returns with no additional shipping fees:

Debit or Credit - Over the phone or tap in person at time of pickup

Cash - At time of pickup

E-transfer - Due before time of pickup 

For returns that require paid shipping:

A deposit of $10 is required via Debit or Credit (over the phone or at time of pickup), with the remaining balance charged to the card once we've completed the delivery.
